Nice!
The red one (fish?) is better than the white - has more details and better shading. I dont't like those green worm-like tubes but the rest is great!
I like the feeling of deph in this pic.

Nice painting mav! I like the way teh background seem blurred to keep focus on the fishes. I'll remember that myself. The only thing I wanna crit is that I wish the green-tube thingies were a little more blurred. They drag a bit too much attention away from the fish- which is more subtle in it's colours.
